HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO DESPATCH?

All orders are set to despatch within 2-5 business days. Please note that during promotional offers and seasonal sale, the dispatch process can take up to 3-7 business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is despatched a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING INFORMATION ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER? 

Once the payment has been complete the order is being processed in our system and can not be cancelled.Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address – unless it is a simple adjustment to a spelling mistake.

RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to exchange your regular priced clothing materials within 7 days of receiving your items.

You are entitled to exchange for regular priced footwear within 7 days of receiving the items.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Please note that the product MUST be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unscratched soles on shoes, in its original packaging and including all original tags, tissues & box. 

Please note that SARÉ is not responsible for the returned items shipping costs.

LOCAL TAXES/CUSTOMS DUTY

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient.

SARÉ transit times are based on the shipping carrier companies (DHL/Canada Post). It reflects the average duration of transit (7-14 Days)— it may be faster or considerably longer. Please note, SARÉ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and/or customs.
